Powers & Duties of the State Director / President
- Lead and supervise all anti-corruption activities at the state level.
- Ensure that all actions and initiatives are strictly related to the fight against corruption.
- Collect, verify, and document corruption-related information from districts and local units.
- Submit written reports and evidence related to corruption cases to the National President.
- Guide district, tehsil, block, and ward-level teams only for anti-corruption work.
- Create awareness among citizens regarding corruption and lawful ways to report it.
- Ensure members follow discipline, ethics, and legal boundaries of the Morcha.
- Clarify that the organization does not engage in any service other than anti-corruption activities.
Powers & Duties of the Working State Director / President
- Work under the guidance of the National President for state-level anti-corruption operations.
- Assist in identifying and documenting corruption cases through lawful procedures.
- Coordinate with district and local teams exclusively for corruption-related matters.
- Maintain regular communication with the National President regarding case progress.
- Ensure that no political, social, or non-related activities are conducted in the name of the Morcha.
- Educate members about legal limits, ethics, and responsibilities in anti-corruption work.
- Support citizens by guiding them on how to report corruption to appropriate authorities.
- Ensure transparency and accountability within the organization.
Powers & Duties of the Vice President
- Assist the National President in monitoring anti-corruption activities nationwide.
- Review and verify reports related to corruption before escalation to higher authorities.
- Ensure that all members strictly adhere to the mission of fighting corruption only.
- Provide guidance to state and district units on ethical and lawful anti-corruption practices.
- Support awareness programs focused solely on corruption prevention and transparency.
- Monitor misuse of the organization’s name for non-corruption-related activities.
- Recommend disciplinary action against members violating rules or ethics.
- Confirm that Bharashtachar Morcha does not provide any service other than anti-corruption initiatives.
